Who we are
NWA Roofing Siding and Gutters is a family-owned exterior contractor based at 514 S Mt Olive Street in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. We have been doing this for more than 25 years, and we work across Benton and Washington County — Siloam Springs, Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Gentry, Prairie Grove, Tontitown, Decatur and Hiwasse.
Roofing is the largest part of what we do, but it is not all of it. Roofs, siding, seamless gutters, general contracting and painting are all in-house, which matters more than it sounds like it should. Storm damage does not arrive one trade at a time.
Why the whole exterior, not just the roof
The most common version of the work we do starts with a hail storm. It takes the roof. It also dents the gutters, cracks the siding on whichever elevation caught the strike, and finishes off paint that was already tired.
Handled as four separate jobs, that becomes four contractors, four schedules and four warranties that each stop where the next one starts. And the places where those trades meet — the step flashing where a roof plane runs into a wall, the kick-out flashing at the bottom of that run, how siding terminates above a lower roof — are exactly where houses leak. Each contractor covers the detail up and moves on, because it belongs to somebody else.
Doing all of it means those details belong to us.
Local, and staying that way
After a significant hail event, Northwest Arkansas fills up with out-of-state trucks. Some of those companies are fine. Many will not be reachable in three years when a warranty question comes up, because the business model is to follow the weather.
We have a Siloam Springs address, an Arkansas registration, and the same phone number we have always had. If something is wrong with a roof we installed, you call the people who installed it. That is the whole difference, and it only becomes obvious years after the decision was made.
How we quote
The estimate is free and there is no consultation fee. You get a written scope and a fixed price, itemised by trade, before anything comes off the house — and the price holds unless we open the deck or the wall and find something underneath it, in which case you see photographs of it and price it before we proceed.
We would rather lose a job than sell you one you do not need. If your roof is worn out rather than storm-damaged, we will tell you a claim is not worth filing. If the substrate is failing, we will tell you paint is not the answer. If a repair will genuinely do, we will not quote a replacement.
What customers mention afterwards
Most of the reviews we get name the same three things: the crews were courteous, the price was fair against the other quotes, and the site was left clean. The last one sounds minor and is not — a re-roof drops thousands of nails across a driveway and a lawn, and picking them up with magnets is part of the job rather than a favour.
